April 2013

April 2013
Our Savannah Banana

After my half marathon, my knee was hurting so I just hung out in the yard while Steve cleaned the boat from spring break.

Fish at bath time. She look scared.

Savannah was not thrilled with her mommy after her bath.

Crates had his first inside bath.
He was not sure what to think about the entire experience.

The day after his inside bath, he decided to give himself a bath in the nasty hot tub.
Not the spa experience that I had planned for him.

Sometimes I just exhaust little Fishy girl.

Smores and a fire, another one of my favorite things.

After eating a wonderful tuna dish in the Keys, I recreated it at home - tuna, seaweed, spring salad mix, soy, teriyaki and wasabi.

We took the little boat to Lumpkin County Park.
It was all good until something happened with the motor.

Luckily we had not gone far so the paddle back to the ramp was not too tiring.

A wonderful hike near Highlands, NC

Steve and I had a blast running the Extreme Ranger.

It was our first mud run.

Hopefully it will not be our last.
I am not sure we have ever been so dirty in our lives.

Poor little Fishy. She just can not keep up with her parents.

Nana's peonies

Nana always has such wonderful flowers.
