Like Father, Like Daughter

On Sunday, Fishy had play date with her father, Rush. It is amazing how much they look alike. I have my last few days of freedom, and I am crunching to do all the things I have planned to do all summer. I am cleaning closets, finishing quilts and scrapbooks. I have until Thursday morning to finish....

Jekyll / St. Simons

This is fun.

I love ice from the cooler.

I am sooooo sleepy.

Mommy and Daddy, you are the best...this is great.

I love my mommy.

That car is ugly. I am glad I am not riding in it.

Put the camera down and let me sleep.

Don't make me swim after that silly ball any more.

I'll Get it!

Watch me jump.

Can I go again.

The wind is blowing my hair in my face.

Puppy love!

I am so beautiful!

This is how life should be.

Steve, where are all the fish?

I am busy doing all the chores at I was suppose to finish over the summer. I have just 2 weeks before I start back to school. Wow time flies when you are having fun.

Early July Stuff

Wow the summer is going by soooo fast. We have been busy hanging with the dogs, sewing rag quilts, working on scrapbooks Jeep shopping, playing at the river, and Steve has also found time to work. A couple of weeks ago, Fishy and I hiked up Yonah mountain in Cleveland. It was a great hike, but I was not prepared with enough water or a camera. On the 4th of July, we took Fishy and her father Rush to the lake to swim. Another great day with no camera! That evening we watched the Gainesville fireworks from the lake. The firework display was just ok, but hanging out on the boat on such a beautiful evening was great.
Yesterday we rode to Highlands NC to look at a Jeep that we found in AutoTrader. The Jeep had already been sold when we got there, but we did enjoy the day walking around the shops. Go finally got my longsleeve Life is Good, "Van Go" shirt. It had been discontinued and I was having trouble finding it. We also got Fishy her dress up collar and leash. Steve had been promising the princess that she could have a Filson set, when we found it. The spoiled one said, "I might as well have the best."

Mommy, do I look pretty?
