Steve’s adventure continued with my family for the rest of the day. He shot pistols at the river and hung out with my dad. I spent the day with his mom. She has the energy of a ten year old and is non stop. She had been to Hiawassee early yesterday morning and was ready for us to leave by noon. I thought she knew directions to Atlanta Sewing, but she only had a slight clue. We got on Roswell Road (Hwy 120), but did not turn on Piedmont Road as we should have. So we ended up at the Big Chicken. I was really excited. I do not think that I have ever seen this Atlanta landmark in person. She was not exited, but very stressed that we would not find the store before they closed. We got directions from a great convenient store worker and then had no problems. After some addition challenges I got her computer software to work with her sewing machine, and now she is ready to digitize and sew.
