It is hard to believe that we have had only 30 something posts this year. The past school year was crazy for me between shuffling work and my Piedmont classes. I am really glad that I have completed my specialist, but the road there was not easy. So many people ask me was it hard. No, it was not really that hard, but instead very time consuming. I learned lots of new information and made many wonderful friends, but I can say that I will be most glad to have my weekends back this school year.
Since I finished with Piedmont we made our trip to Belize (see previous post). Steve and I had a great deal of fun on the island and on our two day road trip inland. Since our return home we have enjoyed our time together and with family and friends. Many weekends have been spent at the river with family cookouts. My parents have a camper and we have spent some time at the lake with them. Steve had been trout fishing while we both have been working on our fly casting skills.
I can not believe I have to return to school in just a few weeks. We are spending my last days completing summer chores and taking one last summer vacation.
It is really hard to believe that I am beginning my 9th year teaching and Steve and I are beginning our 7th year together.
The following pics are in random order. Some are several months old, but I do not think they have been posted yet.
